About Pat
Pat Simon is a dedicated video professional with experience in all areas of production. As a video freelancer with a growing client base, he founded Pat Simon Productions in 2007 in an effort to offer custom services focused on his customers’ individual needs. Recently he has focused on expanding his services to include viral/internet marketing videos, film/tape transfers, green screen shooting, HD Video Production and Blu-Ray delivery. Pat is always looking to expand his services in an effort to provide the highest quality of service possible.
Currently, Pat works with the Office of Instructional and Research Technology (OIRT) at Rutgers University to create videos that promote research and extracurricular activities at Rutgers University that are available via iTunes, YouTube and the Rutgers TV network. In 2008 Pat worked as a Producer for Comcast Spotlight and created commercials for local advertisers in the New Jersey market. Pat has also worked with various other production companies including Reveille Studios, SMP Video, School of Rock, and iTV. He also is an experienced Production Training Coordinator and has served in that capacity with the Rutgers University Television Network.
Pat earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Rutgers University and spent much of his undergraduate time gaining valuable production experience as a student employee of the RU-TV Network and as an intern with NBC40 in Linwood, NJ.
Some of Pat’s satisfied clients include: The Vitamin Shoppe, Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company (A&P Supermarkets), Benchmark Hospitality International, Rutgers University, and Montgomery Township Board of Education.
When Pat isn’t working he is often working on producing viral video shorts with friends. He also enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and long games of Uno.
